ELCC Standard Element 1.4: Candidates understand and can evaluate school progress and revise school plans supported by school stakeholders.

In accordance with ELCC Standard Element 1.4, I take responsibility for comprehending and assessing school progress while adapting plans with input from school stakeholders. This directly correlates with our pre-conference activity, where I initiate discussions to review school data, identify areas for improvement, and adjust plans to meet student needs. Throughout the pre-conference, I facilitate collaborative discussions involving teachers, administrators, and parents to thoroughly analyze school data. This collaborative approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of areas requiring attention based on student performance. Additionally, I leverage resources such as curriculum modifications to address specific concerns identified through data analysis. ELCC Standard Element 1.4's emphasis on collaborative evaluation and planning guides our decision-making process to serve our students' needs better.
