ELCC 2.3: Candidates understand and can develop and supervise the instructional and leadership capacity of school staff.

Overseeing the textbook selection for the Leveled Literacy Intervention (LLI) process in my Title 1 school, attending a workshop, and documenting procedures align with ELCC 2.3. This standard focuses on my capacity to develop and supervise the instructional and leadership skills of school staff. By actively engaging in the selection process with a focus on equity and diversity, I demonstrate leadership, ensuring that instructional materials not only meet high standards but also support an inclusive learning environment. In doing so, I contribute to building the instructional capacity of school staff, aligning with the principles of ELCC 2.3.
