The activity of conducting "walk-throughs" for a beginning AIS teacher aligns with ELCC 2.3, emphasizing candidates' capacity to develop instructional and leadership skills in school staff. By identifying strengths and needs and coaching in lesson planning and classroom management, candidates contribute to the professional growth and capacity-building of the teacher, in line with ELCC 2.3's focus on instructional leadership.
