Description: Collaborate with a principal mentor to identify areas for improvement with a beginning teacher. Discuss the teacher's instructional practices, focusing on opportunities for growth and development. Based on the conversation, recommend specific strategies for enhancing classroom instruction, including differentiated instruction techniques and more effective classroom management strategies.
