As an educational leader, adhering to ELCC 3.1 involves understanding and monitoring school systems. When supervising behaviors during the administration's absence at a Christmas show, I align with this standard by evaluating operational processes, demonstrating leadership through decision-making, ensuring effective communication, and assessing cultural competence in managing diverse event elements. All students in house were able to watch the show via YouTube link shared by the dean. This activity provides a practical context for applying and demonstrating proficiency in the key aspects outlined by ELCC 3.1.
