By introducing new hires to experienced staff members, the school creates a supportive environment where newcomers can learn about the school’s culture, expectations, and leadership practices. Mentorship promotes professional growth, facilitates the sharing of best practices, and helps integrate new staff members into the school community, thereby enhancing overall school effectiveness and leadership capacity.
