I collaborated with the coach to establish a textbook/curriculum committee and worked closely with its members to evaluate and develop testing materials. This aligns with ELCC 3.4, demonstrating my commitment to distributed leadership by involving key stakeholders in decision-making processes related to curriculum and assessment.
