ELCC Standard Element 4.1:  Candidates understand and can collaborate with faculty and community members by collecting and analyzing information pertinent to the improvement of the school’s educational environment.

Activity 1: Actively participate in curriculum planning meetings every week, contributing insights to strengthen curricular programs in alignment with the school's improvement objectives.

• Date: Throughout the entirety of fieldwork, culminating on June 11, 2024

• Alignment with Standard: This activity aligns with ELCC Standard 4.1 by fostering collaboration between school leaders, faculty, and community members to enhance the educational environment. Regular participation in curriculum planning meetings allows for the collection and analysis of information that is critical to improving the school's curricular programs. By contributing insights and suggestions, school leaders can ensure that the curriculum is aligned with the school's improvement objectives and meets the diverse needs of students.
