Activity 1: Maintaining clear lines of communication with parents throughout the entirety of fieldwork.

• Date: Entirety of fieldwork, culminating on June 6, 2024

• Alignment with Standard: This activity aligns with ELCC Standard 4.4 by emphasizing the importance of consistent and open communication with parents, which is crucial for building and sustaining productive relationships with community partners. By maintaining clear lines of communication, the school ensures that parents are well-informed about school activities, policies, and their children's progress. This proactive approach fosters trust and collaboration between the school and families, encouraging active participation and support from parents, which is essential for creating a supportive educational environment and mobilizing community resources effectively.
