ELCC 4.3: Candidates understand and can respond to community interests and needs by building and sustaining positive school relationships with families and caregivers.

Organizing and leading the Parent Workshop, along with actively participating in the Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) today, perfectly aligned with my understanding and responsiveness to community interests and needs, as outlined in ELCC 4.3. By facilitating the workshop, I demonstrated a commitment to collaboration with both faculty and community members. The activities undertaken, such as collecting and analyzing information for school improvement and promoting cultural understanding, directly resonated with ELCC 4.3's emphasis on building and sustaining positive school relationships. My engagement in the PTC further underscored my dedication to fostering strong connections with families and caregivers, contributing to the positive school-community relationships advocated by ELCC 4.3.
