This standard emphasizes candidates' understanding and ability to act with integrity and fairness in the assessment and evaluation of educators. By engaging in collaborative pre-conferences, I contribute to a transparent and fair evaluation process. The practice ensures that observations are discussed openly, fostering accountability and fairness in the evaluation system, ultimately working towards every educator's professional growth and success.
