By developing a Mental Health Awareness workshop, school leaders respond proactively to a critical issue that impacts the health and safety of students. This workshop aims to educate staff, students, and parents about the signs of mental health challenges, the importance of mental well-being, and the available resources for support. By addressing this emerging concern, the school adapts its leadership strategies to meet the evolving needs of its community and ensures that it is prepared to provide timely and effective interventions. This activity not only promotes awareness and understanding of mental health issues but also reinforces the school's commitment to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
