As a future principal, I have demonstrated my commitment to creating a culture of inclusivity and supporting all learners by creating modified work and collaborating with teachers. This involved working closely with special education teachers and classroom teachers to develop and modify curriculum materials to meet the needs of diverse learners. By collaborating with teachers and incorporating their input and expertise, I was able to create curriculum materials that were engaging, accessible, and effective.
